A structure Bill Beament (NST) now replicating on DVP and Releigh Finlayson (SAR) now replicating on GMD. Both legendary in their own right but striking it out on their own companies moving forward. To be fair JK was not the first to structure it this way. As far as I can tell my other cornerstone miner FMG Andrew Forest did it long before JK did... When in Rome.
There is something about these founder lead companies that just appeals to me. Yes the talent is there but it takes a certain kind of drive to take a shell company and making it into something great that just speaks true to how things should be...
