Not sure about that. NST would have been in trouble with the ASX and ASIC if that was the case. But I must admit that NST's dealings with smaller miners in the past is nothing short of ruthless. The hostile TO of Echo Res, squizzing TBRs margins on the EKJV and corresponding litigation is a bit rough on Echo and Tribunes management and shareholders.
We just need to be realistic to the fact that not all have JK/EVNs soft touch in dealing with things. NST has a very different profile when it comes to its business acumen. It definitely is not for everyone but at the same time something to respect.
