The only issue with it is it nips any competitive M&A in the bud.. this is much less attractive to WGX now given large chunks of the tenements have been farmed out to EVN.. I hope mgmt shopped the farm out around and imagine they did. Hopefully WGX maintains its shareholding position on MGV given the potential of those 100% owned tenements (and the potential of a large lake Austin discovery). I can’t imagine them selling and if they did I’m sure EVN would take stock off their hands.
