    Mt Austin by its nature is likely to be huge by scale but very low grade , it would be madness to go it alone due to humungous costs , better to just take a small slice of a big fresh pie than try to be an ant trying to drag the whole pie under the fridge (unsuccessfully ) - trust me as just saw some ants trying to do just that
