I think a lot of people are missing a key point over this deal.

EVN are a top quality partner, yes MGV could have raised extra cash and drilled themselves but by have EVN as their partner they are getting the vast experience that the EVN team have.
If there is value there you can be sure that EVN will extract every dollar out of the deposit and do it in a very cost effective way.
If the drilling results are bad EVN pick up the cost and if they are good they will use their vast experience to get it up and running both quickly and as cost effective as possible.

How much value do you put on that.....I would argue quite a bit.
