this poor deal is reflected in the sinking share price. I guess you get that if you give away 75% of your exploration upside. Why on earth would you buy mgv now?
why did mgv not extract some cash from evn? I know they bought shares but that caah should have been handed over as part of the deal.
This is is a raging bull gold market and we would have been able to raise the money piece of pie. this is lazy by management.
I am selling ASAP evolution got a very good deal here. I very much like this project. I bought it for exploration upside which is now gone. The deal doesn’t even take us to development! Absolute disgrace
