The EVR thread has been pretty quiet for a long time.
The share price topped out in late 2010 and has gone nowhere since, probably in recognition that a lot of the revenue in 2011 would go towards the resettlement of the village.
In recent months we have had the announcement that Ghana intends to substantially raise taxes on its gold miners (level yet to be determined), and this has impacted negatively on all the miners I follow that are operating in Ghana.
EVR is undervalued as are a lot of other producers which are not paying dividends. For me the next big catalyst is the mine to be developed in the Ivory Coast. It is possible that the $30m drilling program will also have some positive effect on the share price.
