All goldies have margine squeez issue..however pog will not be staying at this level for longer...i am waiting for europe crisis in news again and us stimulus continuations...both will eventually happen in my opinion...their last total cost was $1050 and they said today it will be reduced...so theor margin be in mid $200....thats sufficient enough to cover new mine construction as well...thats indeed very good announcement....i think big plus for endevour mining is high production ...325000 ounces would generate significant cash flow at even $200 margin...it would obviously deviate from the forecast but thats why it went down upto here...pog will stabilise much higher than current level anyway...would most probably be above $1500 meanwhile one strong downward move is just about to finish...europe crisi and us fed stimulous both are inevitable...no matter how much u try to manipulate stastics......cant wait for six months with new mine...this new mine is very important as cash cost is very low under $600...
