Trying to get my head around all the conditions for selling, but it's a modified C note by the looks with lots of restrictions on said selling.
Think we'll be hearing a lot more from EVR very soon about the plans for the cash. Tie in's with EUR progress..
Market likes it anyways, up 50% to 2.4..
