It does give the board more freedom, but they're still being watched, the positive is it takes away any cap raisings for the general public and sophisticates over the next 4 years and they will have to buy on market along with the rest of us...
That is a nice bit of security for the board to have, albeit at our risk, I think we'll know a direction by the end of this financial year. They didn't change their name to Electric Vehicle Resources for fun, and Tony's tie in with BMW now makes this whole game a little bit more interesting.
