There is a restriction on trading, so it is not a death spiral as most other funds.
this seems very differen, they are only at 5%! discount to market, other funds would never do this at the very least 10% discount and a 5-10% fee upfront.
Also there would never be a share trading restriction put on, this has a $20k per day restriction!
how do you expect this to be a death spiral with $20k per day??? This actually help with the share price.
By the way it is way better than placing on market, where those "sphisticated investors" would actuall dump on market with like a 15% discount.
This seems like the fund is in for the long-term and can see what there is in the company.
of course the investor would need to sell as well, imagine you are invested with $1 million and not allowed to sell more than $20k per, how long is that going to take you to recover your investment?
