    Mate, I did see that yes, but een at 20% it is very much capped, again NO fund would ever agree to such terms, especially if they were not in for the long run.

    Lets assume they "artificially inflate", the trading, they are going to have to buy on market to do so and that benefits the sahre price, furthemore I don't think they would want to take a chance at having a possible loss if they trade and all of a sudden there is a spike. it is only a 5% discount to market, risky for them to try and manipulate unlike if say it was a 15% discount to market.

    Furthermore they can sell yes, but only the amount we have requested for, so if we request $250k, that is not a whole lot to be "dumped".

    Finally our director is a finance guy as well and definitely done similar deal like this, hence quite certain he knows how it works and how to manage it.
