Couple of other things to note, these guys had a $10m facility for 2 years that they never used (and expires the day before this one kicks in). Also, I wouldn't be surprised if there were some follow up announcements to support a second leg up in the share price. These guys tend to be planned once they get going based on my read of what they've done in the past. Have to wait and see what happens this time.
