By the way if you see how it is done as well, the placement price is based on the VWAP of the forward 11 trading days, after a request is made.
They would not know when the company is going to make a request and also if there is any announcements upcoming.
This makes it very risky for them to manipulate, especially with such a small amount of shares only issued to them and a 5% discount to market.
So do you think they would wan't to risk it with the shares only priced and issued at the end of 11 days, what shares are they going to sell in any case if they don't have any to sell?
