I didn’t work it out over the full term of the facility, but I did some high levels and it looks to be pretty advantageous for Saphire. Keep in mind Saphire don’t even have to provide cash until EVR calls for it and most of that won’t happen for a while.
Saphires risk on the transaction is pretty limited given their actual outlay will likely be tiny until EVR draws down significantly
