Because they haven't released the results? What they have seen (prior to it being formalised) has been enough for them to execute the agreement and purchase the Arizona site.
The fact they are continuing to find new opportunities and not sitting on their hands is very positive. Not all will be unicorns, but building a solid portfolio is smart.... I don't think it will be long before we start production in some of these sites.
