Heya Noleaf-I did some digging-two directors have personally invested just recently to be fair, but in the digging two big things: 1. I can't see any investment by the chairman, some pay rises (for poor company performance I assume), shares allocated, but no direct top ups 2. The CEO lost performance options for time based options, getting 2mn shares per annum just for rocking up (Microsoft Word - EVS Appendix 3Y J. Cooper 28.11.2022.doc (markitdigital.com))
The previous CEO has gone from $415k in the last full year of work. Now, with the time based shares the current CEO goes to $723k if my calcs are correct based on current share price? So a 74% uplift in salary for a 40% dip in the share price? Happy for my calcs to be cross checked-Syd Airport lounge not the best place to check this but helps with the delays!
