As I said, the MD has been optimistic for a while and the market no longer believes him even with his comment that EVS Water has a strong pipeline with several new clients in the final stages of due diligence. If he was confident in the sales he would put his money where his mouth is (including the Board).

I mean management only buy stock for one reason and that is if they think the stock will go up and considering how far the stock has fallen it is a sad indictment of the company that no one from management is buying at these prices. That's why I don't have much confidence in management or maybe these potential sales are likely to be insignificant.
