I am very settled. You could have said the same thing about a similar sized BUY order at 20c The way you could also look at it is that someone selling 250k shares sees no little value in it. What difference does it make? You have turned the mere presence of buying into a reason to be bullish on the company but not similarly evaluated selling. But i suppose this is what someone long the stock would tend to do.
