What I mean by EBIT is profit. 60PE is large even for a growth stock.
While I understand valuations can follow Revenue multiples in the short term, it will all come crashing down the minute growth or margins decrease.
Companies that have a very clear path to profit should be better in the long run than those chasing revenue growth at any cost.
I can be proven wrong with exceptions. Investor behaviour rules all and fair valuations go out the window in the short term always.
I have also only invested in this company this year so don't know its history at all. I can see the disaster financials from 2015 to 2016 were it went from profit to loss. I can also see the CR in 2019 which was potentially at 28c?
