Yeah, a section at the end copping that no part of the annoucement is considered material. Not expecting it to shift the dial at all.
Not sure it's fluff, it is all welcome news of progression, and they committed to giving an update on the WA Water Board PoC, so news was required (even overdue).
I consider it a necessary and welcome announcement, but it is not evidence of any major leap forward, just of the snowball starting to roll.
