What nonsense in relation to trying to talk up this disastrous and all but company destroying ATM.
Does the company think investors are stupid ? Although investors sticking with this management team, (including myself) - year after year -maybe thats about the only thing the company have right.
The SP was 90 cents when the ATM was first announced on 26/4/2022- (its dropped 90% since). We wait years for positive data releases....and each time, every time in fact for the last 7 months, when something good comes alone- they unload millions of new shares into the market. (aussie value equivalent shares, at least).
On two brutal occasions, the free float of probably about 1.5m shares (out of initially 3.5m shares) - over in the states - have seen that number of shares AGAIN (1.5M) - mercilessly sold into this long awaited and prized good news, in one night or consecutive days.
What chance does the SP have in subsequent days, when all of a sudden, the free float has doubled (with a correct perception my investors, that more and yet more ATM is to follow)
It is unfair and wrong what they have done to investors - what other companies do you know of, who have this strategy?
It has been a woeful case of broad under performance by this company, accurately documented month after month here, over the last few years, by this poster. Specific and detailed issues whereby share holders..... justifiably can feel aggrieved today, has always featured in postings. And now it has come down to this - an 8 cent SP.
Judging by this video tonight, defending the ATM - they have learnt nothing.
So to the specifics of what was said regarding the ATM in that video - sure the SP did not go down on the occasions of the ATM selling, only because, as I say - after waiting and waiting, our great drug delivered good news, and THEY always choose these occasions to sell into justified investor enthusiasm. A lesson learnt after a few months by investors, to avoid this company because of the ATM (resulting in the subsequent SP destruction.
Despite what was said - the fact of the matter is that US investors have seen an additional increase in the shares issued over there by 50%. All since April - far too many new shares.

Way back in late April, at a share price of 80 cents on this news below - and I think 12 million shares traded in a night - (as mentioned, there was only 3.5m shares in the US in April) - why only raise $2m or s. SP @80c
Only $10m raised and a SP drop of 90% - great job. Numerous other ways have been discussed here at how to better raise funds (like the way every other company does it).
In genuine honestly - and nobody doubts I have not done this stuff, near full time for 20 years - this is the worst company performance I have since, by a long way.
