Yes, very disappointing to see it smashed like that for no real sensible reason. Those volumes are small compared to the large, tightly held top 20 list, but, but unfortunately it is that same tightly held large volume that gives those "small" volumes/holders so much influence and impact.

The similarity to El Paso is uncanny, but as Jas eluded, I think there was a lot more nefariousness going on with this SC stuff. A bit more than just ROFR...but what could and couldn't be presented and argued before the court? Would be fascinating to see the court transcripts and judgement, but as a lay person, probably well over my head. Would love to see them appeal, if only to be an ongoing thorn in these ex-Directors sides. In any case, no doubt they will review and decide in a rational and calm way where to go from here.
