EWC’s 15 Oct 2018 ASX statementstates, in part, that “ SCPE have reinvested the entire proceeds of theirexisting US$50m exchangeable convertible note previously issued by EWC’s whollyowned subsidiary, Energy World Philippines Holdings Limited, into a newinstrument structured as a US$50m loan to EWC and an issue of warrants by EWC. Theloan has a final maturity date of 15 October 2021, with principal and interestpayments to be made at various times during the loan term”.

Given this, I take it that EWCjust has to pay what it agreed to in its 2018 re-negotiations of the original 5 year loan/note with SCPE.
