Not expanding the resource more has come back to haunt them a bit, the plant is modeled running only at 75% capacity according to page 44. Max capacity and this would start to look a whole lot stronger. On the plus side they should be able to build the resource enough to increase the output to around/over 400kpta.
Full production being pushed back to the start of 2026 is probably the main thing that the market doesn't like though, and although I actually think this is a fairly decent DFS if you're looking long term, as we've seen with the drop on the LSE there's going to be some pain before the market gives a shit.
