Not disasterous at all imho. Any project /technology like this is bound to have problems. I think it is good that they are learning lessons from it. The barriers to entry for wave technology are huge and I believe that a lot more cash should be thrown at this especially on the day thst the uk met office release a report saying that warming is pickinh up again after "the pause" beloved by deniers.
