No question its from the 22c placement - the portion that went to Australian sophisticated investor clients of Patersons
My understanding is that a total of 5 million shares went to Patersons clients
The rest went to the US tech fund
US tech fund definitely not selling, in fact they could well be mopping up placement stock from Patersons clients at 23c-24c
Almost 5 million shares went through today, at least 2 million of those would have been from Patersons clients imo
Many Patersons clients will be in for the longer term also, so its not like the entire 5 million is going to be sold into market asap.
Great chance to top up today and expecting a bounce back to 25c tomorrow when buyers see supply drying up again
