DCC is creating a joint venture vehicle (JVC). The JVC will be owned 75% by DCC and 25% by the four partners
Or 6.25% per partner.
This JVC will be relevant only for that geographical region.
Therefore DCC owns 100% of AirPocket and will probably do similar JVC's with different partners whilst still owning AirPocket.
It specifically states DCC retains the intellectual property. Therefore, you can think of it as DCC is letting the JVC use/rent the product but keep all the profits, for that specific geographical region.
