You may be wrong.....my limited knowledge of these matters leads me to believe the following.,,,,,If DM loses.....he will be responsible for the parties not being able to exercise the options at 1.5 cents......Thus making the exercise price 2 cents.....Incuring an extra $3.75 million dollars. Yes $3.75 million dollars + other costs. DM maybe indirectly paying for the JORC. Other possibliliy PDY may own a Ford Dealership if he loses and can't come up with the money. If he wins after having been scrutinised buy the court,and what revealations may come to light there ?.......he gets nothing. .....I wonder how smart a businesman he really is ?
