Thats a great question, which needs clarification immediately IMO
Lets say they manage to get the consol done at 2 cents. 5:1. Thats equiv to 1.4 billion shares being issued to the vendor if those shares are issued post consol ( which you would have to think is the case )
To get up around 2 cents to consolidate at this price, it would need steady and exciting news flow...
