They have had a big run. Not much stock around, so why not give the market a few.
Few really appreciate what Hofco will do the business - nice bolt on that makes them a one stop shop from a drilling perspective. Heaps of wells to drill and work for many years to come. Rights issue was a gift.
Bottom draw stuff really.
