"Hopefully FRB can continue to learn from the E25 development template"

Learn what? Learn how to lose money!

FRB has the same low grade ore and huge trucking distance as E25.
You cannot make money trucking ore long distances, especially when competing with South Africa, Ghana and **on.
**on has 25% of the worlds known manganese and its high grade 48% to 52%.
Eramet exports 2 million tonnes annually.
Ghana is now exporting 5 million tonnes of Manganese carbonate ore at 32% grade annually and another mine is due to ramp up in 2027.
South Africa produces 7 million tonnes of Mn ore annually at 37%+.
The Tshipi mine is estimated to contain 163.2Mt of manganese resource graded at 37.9% Mn
Tshipi is planning to double its production to 6 million tonnes annually.

"(could logistics be a challenge for them?)"
    YES
How can Firebird compete with these African mines? Especially when the transport is by road to port at 9c/t/km.
This is what it costs E25 and with oil above US$90/barrel its becoming uneconomic.
Why do you think Firefly FFR got rid of the manganese leases into Firebird. As Brumby Resources they spent $4 million over a 10 year period
