blatantly false, they should release an amendment to correct this. Punters are trying to compare these headline numbers against AR3, HRE and so on and this just makes that impossible without calculating everything yourself!
if I offered you a 50% lift in your portfolio and ended up giving you half your portfolio back would you be agreeing it was a 50% lift?!
