TGO it is a problem in nearly all juniors. The SP excitement is in the find. That is when a board should raise a significant amount of money knowing the follow up drilling, finance and construction takes time and money and largely is paid for by CR's.
The board could have raise $50mil at 10c and have paid for working capital and construction while diluting SH's significantly less than has occurred.
Debt finance is generally a good intention but bad idea plan.
