Volume over 2 1/2 million at VWAP over 4.92c a share speaks for itself.
Morningstar have upped fair value per share to 7.1c now.
News of funding likely will not be long imo.
News of phase II will be in the works as we speak. This is happening as it is worth the time and trouble.
