Next is the leadership and good judgement phase. As per the announcement some tough challenges ahead. None of that is easy but now we exercise control over how it is tackled. Whether the cu was there or not was not in our control. I think Lachlan is the man to harness his team/resources and get the best from them. Needless to say I am optimistic about Lachlan and his chance of doing just that.
