I actually think the resources and feasibility are pretty much set with this extension and the reduction in costs for the mill. The government money is held up in red tape is all. Once that's removed this one should start to push upward and it won't be long till we catch ASMSome other good news that may have been missed here is the moves in America to introduce a Rare Earth's bill.
