imo it's all about gold. Vanadium has made a fool of me several times in the past and it's all about the price - it's impossible to fathom - supply side (and price) has been dominated by dodgy operators in RSA, Russia and parts of S. America. China is also producing now.
Any revenue from Richmond s/be seen as icing on the cake - apart from Vanadium, Oil shale might bubble to the top (!!) and Moly is good stuff too.
Gold will catapult us into the big-time for sure!
