Yep it is MR imo, dumping his remaining Tyson Resources holding or those wanting to buy the shares keeping it as cheap as possible. If you get one it would be interesting to know how many Tyson Res share are left to sell, could be about 10 mill to go but that could go anytime through an off market transaction.
