the value of the shares in LUG and MGH that I was entitled to is Hundreds of Thousands of dollars. It could be more as we were told that the ipo price was at a discount and that the shares could gain on listing.
It was made clear that the distribution of these shares was not conditional on listing so I, like many others sold some of the KOR shares over the last two years at a loss knowing that it would be made up for by the profit in the other spin off shares.
do you understand now that there are plenty unhappy shareholders and ex-holders who still hope that a positive outcome is still possible.
