He is just technical advisor... he’s not a director... he has experience with a variety of deposits... A40 was into lithium, everyone in that sector got burnt big time... The big lesson was not to fight a commodity that has turned bearish... insolvency was only a matter of time for A40 and many others, unfortunately it usually takes companies 18months before they admit insolvency As they find money here and there to keep the show on the road and continue to hope things will turn around... I can’t imagine how many companies are currently insolvent globally, just propped up artificially with government stimulus like jobkeeper.... watch what happens when the stimulus slows up.
If you read through A40 announcements before hand, all the red flags were there... unfortunately most retail investors are lazy when it comes to quarterlies... I’m not defending Directors.. there must be much more transparency and plain talk as most announcements have obscure one liners that need to be interpreted by an expert to determine what it really says.
