What some may have missed from the webinar is the focus on European and Western off take partners as these are likely to have better prices.
I wonder whether big capital grants from western governments to are still available to REE players (non Chinese). Some were in the hundreds of millions. Cannot imagine CEO is not aware and focused on this matter.
