Yep, Rowena was stating that in pretty much every interview and press release at one point.
She has put herself under pressure when she didn't have to really, the SP was already in the gutter!
I think the main reason she publicly stated that ASM wanted to secure a strategic investor and offtakes for Dubbo by the end of the year, was to put the potential customers/partners under pressure to make a commitment, basically, they are tired of talking now!
