I can't see what the worry is because they have the details of what they are planning on producing and it is the main magnet metals, hafnium, zirconium and niobium.
They seem happy and have given figures on what they expect. They are also working on increasing the purity which should increase the attractiveness of their products.
They also have a metallisation plant to convert them to metals and alloys.
Offtakes, partners and finance seems to be the problem, not the grade.
