It seems that the tides are slowly starting to turn for the Tawana faithful. The great announcements continue to flow while we remain in this temporary suspension from field based activities and Management are certainly doing a great job utilising their resources to 'tick off' essential non-field related 'milestones'.

Since September we have had news flow on:

1. Excellent Infill Drilling Results Received
2. Approval to Commence Environmental & Social Impact Studies
3. Ministerial Approval to Commence MDA Negotiations
4. Strategic Acquisition of New Exploration Licence
5. Pre-Feasibility Study awarded to Tenova & Engenium
6. Commencement of Assessment Studies for Mofe Creek ESIA

Regarding the Ebola threat, Secretary general Elhadj As Sy of the Red Cross has said it will take 4-6 months to get the Ebola outbreak under control:

"Mr Sy was speaking in the Chinese capital Beijing at the Red Cross's Asia-Pacific conference, held every four years. He told delegates the epidemic - whose death toll rose today to at least 4,877 people in West Africa since it emerged ten months ago - could be contained within four to six months"

It is not clear what 'under control' exactly means however their are still companies in Liberia that are continuing field activities successfully by isolating themselves from the threat of Ebola whereas TAW have taken the safer approach of pulling staff from the field.This time frame is far more reassuring than initial speculation and is a good sign for resuming activity in the field early in the new year. As Neptune has stated once we do resume it will be GO!!
