Agree with you but it's at a 16.5% discount so something would be really wrong if they couldn't get the placement underway at that discount.
I'm with your opinion about the tenements the IP and existing drill intercepts and the geology at Brumby Ridge, I can see that they are planning diamond drilling and the rain will keep the completion of the geophysics and the drill rig away until things dry out. Once they release some core photos from future diamond drilling will be able to make some assessments of whats going on at Brumby.
