25g/L HCL has pH = 0, which means probably very high Fe, Al contaminants etc leached into liquor, which is no good. Very acidic leach for long periods at very low solid:liquid ratios, no mention of acid consumption etc, etc.... so many of these clay-RE projects are boondoggles hoping for some miracle met invention that isn't going to happen (and if it happens then RE prices fall catastrophically anyway...)
