a lot of companies do very well off finding resources and selling them off, I see no issues in this at all.
look at HAV, found a big resource years ago and waited for the right buyer being Oz minerals (soon to be BHP) A lot of people sold out for the same reason you just complained about and the price went down and now it’s back on the climb from the alliance and potential deal with OZL.
If this is GIBS outlook to find resources and sell them it’s still a potential multi bagger at this current MC. Yeah I wouldn’t put the house on it but it’s definitely a good little stock to have in the back pocket in my opinion.
