    Fortunately management own so many shares that I doubt they'll be interested in cashing in before we're in production. I think a TO is very unlikely.

    A cornerstone investor acquiring 15% of KNL through a combo of placement and on-market purchases is more probable imo. This could be what's happening with the games being played.
