While we await the West Desert Jorc ....due technically this month....I thought I would have some fun...

1. Now...lets start with the fact that indium is on the US critical Minerals list
2. West Desert (100%) AW1 has the only identified resource of Indium in the US (forgetting the other minerals for one second)
3. In fact West Desert has enough Indium to supply the US for over 10 years
4. Lets assume that there will be solid support for helping AW1 extract this critical mineral and making US independent in respect to Indium .....the holy grail...becoming independent and not having to rely on China or others for supply
5. So how much Indium? Well, this is what West Desert contains based on pre-AW1 works done (quoting AW1 website):

"A NI 43-101 compliant technical report issued by InZinc during2014 estimated a resource of 59Mt @ 5.78% Zn Eq. for 1Mt Zn, 131Kt Cu, 1,534tIndium and 28Mt Iron".

So based on todays prices ...what's all that worth in AUD?

1,000,000 zinc @ $4574 ton

131,000 copper @ $12651 ton

1534 Indium @ $306,000 ton

28,0000,000 iron @ $134.09 ton

4,474,000,000 zinc

1,657,281,000 copper

469,404,000 Indium

3,754,520,000 Iron

$10,355,205,000 resource value….or put another way 469.4m worth of Indium plus around 9.885B in zinc copper and iron

But wait there is more at West Desert

Again quoting AW1

"The historical resource does not include estimations of silver (Ag),gold (Au), molybdenum (Mo) and lead (Pb) – all of which occur in high gradesand are widespread within the resource envelope, including 45.8m @124g/t Ag from 172.9m (drill hole C08-11)"

So add to resource value

Gold

Silver

Molybdenum

Lead

Now how much of that $10B + resource value can be extracted is up to how important it is for the US to take minerals off their critical list and how important new large Zinc, Copper and Molybdenum resources are in very friendly mining jurisdictions. I seem to be reading a lot about how important all these minerals are ATM and into the future...hmmmmmmmm....and to think a tiny almost unknown Aussie company with a 25m market cap is about to maiden JORC this US project.
